OVERVIEW

The integrable MOPA Laser boosts industrial marking performance with unmatched versatility and contrast. Designed for high-quality marking on both plastics and metals. Heavy-duty, fast, reliable, and Industry 4.0 compatible.

The Integrable MOPA Laser is purpose-built for integration into automated production lines, robotic cells, and custom manufacturing stations. Using MOPA Fiber technology, it delivers permanent, high-contrast marks at production-line speeds — enabling real-time traceability marking without slowing down your throughput. The compact marking head mounts directly to your existing automation infrastructure via standard mechanical and electrical interfaces.

Industry 4.0 ready from the ground up, the Integrable MOPA Laser communicates seamlessly with PLCs, fieldbuses, and factory MES/ERP systems. This enables automated job loading, dynamic data marking (serial numbers, DataMatrix codes, timestamps), and real-time production logging. Whether you're marking automotive components, medical devices, or aerospace parts, the Integrable MOPA Laser meets the most demanding traceability standards including ISO/IEC 16022 DataMatrix and GS1 compliance. SOFRAY EMS provides complete integration support, from initial feasibility studies to on-site commissioning and operator training across UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.

KEY FEATURES

High-Speed Galvo Scanning

Galvanometer-driven mirrors steer the laser beam at speeds exceeding 7,000 mm/s — dramatically faster than gantry-based systems.

MOPA Fiber Source

MOPA Fiber technology delivers maintenance-free operation with 100,000+ hour expected lifetime — no consumable tubes or gases.

Permanent Marking

Creates marks that are physically part of the material surface — resistant to chemicals, abrasion, heat, and UV exposure.

Flexible Work Area

65 x 65 mm to 205 x 205 mm marking field configurable with different focal length lenses to optimize for your specific part size and detail requirements.

Industry 4.0 Ready

Full Industry 4.0 connectivity for seamless integration into automated production lines, robot cells, and factory networks.

MATERIAL COMPATIBILITY

Stainless Steel

High-contrast annealing marks, deep engraving, and black/white marking for industrial traceability.

Aluminum

Clear marking on bare, anodized, and painted aluminum surfaces. Anodized aluminum produces high-contrast white marks.

Hardened Steel & Tool Steel

Permanent marking on heat-treated components without affecting surface hardness or integrity.

Engineering Plastics

Marking on ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, PEEK, and other technical polymers used in automotive and electronics.

APPLICATIONS

Industrial Traceability

Mark serial numbers, DataMatrix codes, and production data on components for full lifecycle traceability in manufacturing and assembly.

Medical Device Marking

UDI-compliant marking on surgical instruments, implants, and medical devices meeting FDA 21 CFR and EU MDR requirements.
