The Mini-Inline is a laser protection nose (293 x 192 x 168 mm) that creates a Class 1 certified safety zone between integrable laser markers and parts. Operates at 10-40°C on parts up to 100°C with a 32 x 42 mm marking area. Goes up to 70,000 marking cycles before cleaning. Mountable on robot arms, it eliminates the need for full Class 1 enclosures while providing particle extraction at the marking location. Safety interlocks prevent laser emission if the funnel isn't properly closed.

Class 1 certified — the laser beam is totally isolated from the surroundings with no risk of eye or skin hazards. Safety systems prevent laser emission if the funnel is not properly closed. Up to 70,000 marking cycles before cleaning (depending on application). Easily dismantled for cleaning and replacement. Can be mounted directly on a robot arm with the laser marker attached. Provides particle extraction directly at the marking location. Eliminates the need for full Class 1 laser enclosures, reducing costs and space requirements.
